Our analysis determined that the risk to the Shuttle was slightly higher
than
average for Shuttle missions because of the orientation and the duration
of the
particular flight. The image at right shows the relative threats to different parts
of the
Orbiter for the mission as a whole, with red areas the most likely to be
hit, blue the least.
